We’ve been involved in the design and construction of homes across the world including South Africa, Canada, USA and Australia. Including several remodels large and small.
In the last few years we've leveraged 'Australian made' technology (PlusSpec) which has maximised the efficiencies of our design/build process.
It has provided us with powerful tools to design and create 'virtual construction' simultaneously. Therefore the final build will have the 'look and feel' of what is seen on our computer screens! Because we're making physical changes in the design world and not the built environment, it significantly reduces budget creep and cost overruns.
As standard practise of our work and innovative design process, we construct a very
detailed and easily understood 'virtual' 3D model.
Using 'cloud' technology we make our 3D model available to all who are collaborating in the design/build process. Including not just you the owner but all other consultants requiring intimate knowledge of the design. From the technicalities of Structure to your final selections of materials and finishes, all key decisions are made well in advance of the designs' completion. This visual information is as exact as we specify even down to the 'look and feel' of materials and finishes.
