Double height windows flood the entry with early morning sunshine providing a dramatic experience. A terrace to the rear is shaded by deep patio roofs minimising the summer heat. An inground plunge pool sets of the relaxed lifestyle of this elegant residence.

Addition and Remodel to a private residence in The Hunter Valley, This existing 'farmhouse' had been recently updated by its owners however it quickly became apparent to them additional space was needed to entertain family and guests. Although the existing 'farmhouse' kitchen was a good size it had limited space in their original Living and Dining rooms for entertaining. Coupled with that, their Master Bedroom was small and cramped. Our solution was to give this home a point of entry and focus whilst extending outward to the north with a new Family/Living room. The design included a covered patio overlooking an existing Cabana and Pool. Pivoting eastward, toward views of a pond and trees, a new Master Bedroom and Ensuite with walk-in robe was also included. The new Entry Hall looks out onto a small courtyard enclosure providing a sense of privacy with views out to trees and grassed areas beyond.

Private residence in The Hunter Valley. Golf Course views and the surrounding natural bush landscape make this a ubiquitous Australian experience. This elegant design was a product of it's triangular shaped lot with a wider frontage and narrow outlook to the golf course. Designed to maximise the views from everywhere in the home it's a light filled home flooded with warm winter sun and shaded by deep patio roofs to minimise the summer heat.

The clients wish for a 'Hamptons' style home also needed to meet stringent Design Guidelines of this precinct. Centred around an enclosed courtyard featuring a swimming pool and covered entertaining area complete with built-in BBQ, all overlooks a Golf Course driving range and bushland.

Hakea Cr. remodel called for a second floor addition over the existing garage. The client brief was to maximise the additional floor space and take advantage of the Northern sun aspects from the expanded balcony. All external finishes were to match the existing materials to meet Design Review Guidelines.
Bestic Street remodel called for a second floor addition to an existing 2 bedroom, 1 bath residence. The brief accommodated 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a master ensuite. The master bedroom has a northerly aspect with stunning views to the City.
