I'm a design professional with wide experience in residential and commercial design with a strong background in the industry for over 35 years. Having worked in South Africa, Canada, USA and Australia it has given me exposure to a multitude of design projects over my career.
My educational background includes The University of Calgary's Management Communications and Construction Administration Diploma course and design certifications from schools in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada. Former memberships include, CIM - Canadian Institute of Management and ASET - Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists.
I've been involved in Residential and Commercial projects ranging in size from individual homes to mixed-use and multi-storey developments around the world, most notably in Canada, USA and Australia. Much of my career has been in supermarket design working in organisations such as The Overwaitea FG, Canada, Safeway Inc. (USA/Canada) and more recently Woolworths, Australia. Returning to my roots as a designer of custom homes I wish to combine years of design experience with your successful project.
I enjoy running, swimming and cycling. Or when time permits, golfing.
The Arts and Wine tasting of course, is a must in The Hunter Valley.
I'm an Interior Designer with over 17 years in the industry. My Interior Design studies were completed at Mount Royal College, Calgary Alberta I've been principle owner of Montage Interiors in San Francisco, USA completing interior design projects for several clients including NBA player Odonal Foyle. In addition I provided staging services for real estate clients and home owners in the San Francisco Bay Area. Having returned to Australia and settled in The Hunter Valley, I've teamed up with husband Ian to provide design services in the Region. I enjoy living in the wine country and visiting the many wineries in this region. In addition a favourite place I enjoy visiting is the wonderful Maitland Art Gallery. I also enjoy reading, art and all things design. Outdoors I prefer walking, going to the gym or meeting up with family and friends.
